正癸醇用途

【用途一】
是制造表面活性剂、增塑剂、合成纤维、消泡剂、除草剂、润滑油添加剂和香料等的原料,也用作油墨等的溶剂
【用途二】
微量用于金合欢、桂花、紫罗兰、红玫瑰、橙花、黄水仙、鸢尾、紫丁香、茉莉及甜橙花等香精配方。在低档花香型配方中可作为芳樟醇的和合剂或修饰剂。有时用于工业除臭或掩盖工业产品的不良气息。在食用香精中也可少量用于奶油、甜橙、椰子、柠檬和多种果香中。
【用途三】
GB 2760—96规定为允许使用的香料。主要用于配制橙子、柠檬、椰子和什锦水果等型香精。
【用途四】
配制香皂、日用化妆品香精。在C8-C18醇类中占很重要的地位,用于玫瑰系花香香精中。作为柑桔类果香香精,用于饮料、糖果等。在食品中的用量(ppm)如下:冰淇淋4.6,糖果5.2,口香糖3.0,饮料2.1。不得用于着香以外的目的。癸醇也是聚氯乙烯的电线被覆材料和高级人造革的增塑剂(DIDP,DIDA)的原料,铀的精制、消泡剂、表面活性剂的原料,溶剂。在农业方面,可用作除草剂、杀虫剂的溶剂和稳定剂以及合成的原料。用作绿色果品的催熟剂,也可用于观赏植物及烟草等种子发芽的控制。在石油钻探和二次采油方面也能使用。

正癸醇上下游产品

正癸醇制备

1、天然品以椰子油为原料,在混合氧化物存在的条件下,经高温高压氢化而得。反应得到的偶数碳原子混合醇(包括低碳醇到十八碳醇)减压分馏,C8-C12馏分采用硼酸酯化法精制,水解后减压分馏,也可由壬烷经羰基化反应,制成壬醛,然后还原成壬醇,蒸馏精制而得。

2、丙烯在磷酸或氟化硼存在下聚合得壬烯,后者与一氧化碳和氢在液相中进行反应而得。
