DIF-3用途

DIF-3通过激活GSK-3β促进细胞周期蛋白D1和c-Myc的降解,从而降低其表达水平。DIF-3抑制DLD-1细胞中Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路相关蛋白。DIF-3通过诱导细胞周期蛋白D1降解和抑制细胞周期蛋白D2 mRNA表达,对人宫颈癌细胞系HeLa发挥强大的抗增殖作用[1]。
