六氯苯制备

1.三氯苯氯法将三氯苯加热至110℃,保温干燥1h,能氯气氯化,反应时放出热量,起始温度100-120℃,最终温度为260-270℃,氯化10-14h,当温度开始下降时即表示氯化反应已达终点,停止通氯,将熔融的物料放入盛水的结晶箱,搅拌下六氯苯结晶成粒。用冷水洗涤,即得六氯苯。

2.六六六无效体直接氯化法无效体经热风干燥至含水量在1%以下,加入熔融釜中,加热至150-170℃熔化,然后加入洗涤器和氯化塔。洗涤器温度保持在210-230℃,氯化塔通氯后,依照反应热慢慢升温,控制通氯速度,使反应温度每小时上升2-3℃。氯化塔的含氯尾气通入洗涤器吸收后送至副产盐酸系统。当氯化温度达260-270℃,并迅速放入盛水的结晶罐中骤冷结晶即得成品。
