肌球蛋白轻链激酶片段11-19酰胺(5μM)降低了兔门静脉肌细胞中去甲肾上腺素诱发的非选择性阳离子电流(Icat)的振幅和激活率[1]。肌球蛋白轻链激酶片段11-19酰胺抑制肿胀激活的牛磺酸转运,IC50值为2.0µM[2]。肌球蛋白轻链激酶片段11-19酰胺(10µM)抑制用KT5720(25µM)处理的中性粒细胞中β2-整合素介导的粘附[3]。
