pTH相关蛋白(1-40)(人、小鼠、大鼠)通过PTHR1受体和PKCα/β信号通路刺激大鼠肠细胞的钙摄取。pTH相关蛋白(1-40)上调甲状旁腺激素1受体(PTHR1)蛋白、四种跨细胞钙转运蛋白、潜在香兰素成员6(TRPV6)、钙结合蛋白D9K(CaBP-D9K)、钠钙交换蛋白1(NCX1)和质膜钙ATP酶1(PMCA1)[1]。
