氧化铒制备

1.灼烧法将硝酸铒或硫酸铒溶液，用氢氧化物沉淀生成氢氧化铒或其碱性盐，经分离、灼烧，制得氧化铒。

二氧化钍的制备方法是使钍在氧气中燃烧，或氢氧化钍灼烧。

2.溶剂萃取法。在2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(P507)-煤油-RECl3-HCl体系提铒工艺流程如图所示。原料为氯化稀土分组后的重稀土，其组成(%)为Eu＜0.3,Gd 8.8,Tb 3.0,Dy约5.0,Ho 2.3,Er 14.3,Y约10,Tm 1.5,Yb 6.73,Lu 1.37,配制成1mol/L RECl3,pH值2.0的料液。
