1.由三嗪氯氰与乙胺在酸接受体存在下反应而得。如果以水为反应介质,则在0℃左右加料,然后在70℃保温搅拌2h。如果反应在三氯乙烯等溶剂中进行,则反应温度为30-50℃。原料消耗定额:三聚氯氰(96%)1020kg/t、一乙胺(折100%)520kg/t、液碱(40%)100kg/t、三氯乙烯(工业品)120kg/t。

2.以水为反应介质,在缚酸剂存在下于0℃左右将三聚氯氰与乙胺混合,然后在70℃保温反应2h制得。
