二丙基甲酮制备
1.精制方法:常混有其他酮类,一般用蒸馏法精制。也可以加硝酸银铵溶液搅拌,静置30分钟至不再呈色后水洗,无水硫酸钙干燥后蒸馏。
2. 在450ºC时丁酸通过沉淀碳酸钙制备。
3.制法:
参照上述3-戊酮的制备方法(参考书335),用正丁酸(2)880g(10mol)进行反应,得到4-庚酮(1)285g,bp142~143℃,收率46%。
4.制法:
于装有甲醛。回流冷凝器的反应瓶中,加入还原铁粉123g(2.2mol),正丁酸(2)370mL,
搅拌加热回流5h。改为蒸馏装置,氮气保护下加热蒸馏,后期可停止通氮气。强热使所有能馏出的全部馏出。粗品依次用10%的氢氧化钠溶液、水洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥,旋转浓缩后,剩余物精馏,收集142~144℃的馏分,得4-庚酮(1)157~171g,收率69%~75%。
