驱蚊醇制备
1.先由丙烯合成丁醛,在碱或酸的催化下,丁醛自身缩合生成2-乙基-3-羟基已醛。这一化合物很不稳定,经加氢即得2-乙基-1,3-已二醇。
2.制法:
2-乙基-3-羟基己醛(3):于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中,加入正己醛(3)260g(3.6mol0),乙醚150mL,冰盐浴冷却至-3℃,开始滴加30mL(10%)的醛氧化钾溶液,开始时滴加要缓慢,以防温度超过8℃。约3h加完。加完后再搅拌反应5h。分出有机层,水洗三次,无水硫酸钠干燥。回收乙醚,减压蒸出低沸物,得粗产品2-乙基-3-羟基己醛(3)200~220g。2-乙基-1,3-己二醇(1):于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中,加入铝屑33g(1.2mol),无水异丙醇300mL,加入碘0.1g,水浴加热,生成异丙醇铝,并有大量氢气放出,当大部分的铝参加反应后,再加入无水异丙醇300mL。回流6h以使反应完全。反应体系呈深灰色。冷后加入前面制得的2-乙基-3-羟基己醛(3),安上有填充物的分馏柱,不断蒸出生成的丙酮。随着反应的的进行,丙酮逐渐蒸完,异丙醇蒸出,直至柱顶温度达到80℃(此时为异丙醇,可回收再利用)。冷却,以15%的烯硫酸调至弱酸性,有油状物析出。分出油状物,水洗三次,无水硫酸钠干燥,而后进行分馏,收集238~242℃的馏分,得2-乙基-1,3-己二醇(1)60g,收率23%。
