Gatipotuzumab(PankoMab)在 PDTRP序列的 T位点被 GalNAcα糖基化时,强烈结合由 30个氨基酸组成的 1.5 TR的短木刻1肽,但如果相同的肽没有糖基化时则不会结合[2]。 Gatipotuzumab(PankoMab)(1小时)对肿瘤细胞具有高亲和力 (对 NM-D4、ZR75-1、MCF-7和 T-47天的千分之三分别为 0.91、3.03、3.84 和 7.14nM)[2]Gatipotuzumab(PankoMab)(0-5μg/mL；4小时)显示特异性的抗肿瘤抗体依赖细胞细胞毒活性[2]。
