三氧化二锑制备
1. 干法 辉锑矿(Sb2S3)于1000℃在焦炭存在下煅烧。将氧化生成的三氧化二锑蒸气收集起来,经冷凝后,用纯碱做助熔剂,与焦炭经加热还原生成金属锑。所得金属锑再在空气中氧化即得三氧化二锑。 其反应式: 2. 湿法 锑盐氨解法将金属锑与氯气反应生成三氯化锑,经蒸馏、水解、氨解、洗涤、离心分离、干燥,制得三氧化二锑成品。 以辉锑矿为原料盐酸法辉锑矿与盐酸作用,在硝酸存在下发生反应,经水解、沉淀、烘干即得成品。
3.由金属锑在空气中熔化或燃烧制得。
4. 将相对密度为1.19的盐酸与水等体积混合,然后在搅拌下将三氯化锑溶于其中,再慢慢加到煮沸的
碳酸钠溶液中,继续煮沸: 当不再有 CO 2 气体逸出后,停止加热,分离出沉淀,用热水洗涤至洗液中不含Cl - 离子,之后于150℃烘干,即可。
5. 将7kg高纯三氯化锑加热溶解后,在不断搅拌下,慢慢加到90L沸腾的电导水中,以生成白色氯氧化锑和三氧化二锑的混合沉淀。再加入28%的高纯氨水至溶液pH=8-9,静置,待沉淀完全后,过滤,沉淀物再用50L热电导水加热煮沸,用高纯氨水调pH=8-9,反复5次,至溶液中不含Cl -离子,过滤后于120℃烘16h,即得高纯三氧化二锑(99.99%) 。 4. 辉锑矿法 以辉锑矿为原料制备三氧化二锑,反应式如下:
将含锑大于60%的辉锑精矿与焦炭充分混合,放入加热炉中于800~1000℃氧化焙烧,严格控制氧化焙烧温度和加热炉氧化气氛,以保证辉锑矿完全氧化成粗氧化锑。挥发的三氧化二锑与炉气一同进入冷却系统,迅速冷却到小于150℃,在布袋中收集得粗三氧化二锑。然后放入还原炉中,在焦炭存在下,以碱作助熔剂加热还原成金属锑。再将金属锑放入加热炉中,控制温度在1000℃左右,通空气氧化锑成三氧化二锑蒸气,经冷凝系统冷却,在布袋中收集制得产品。
以辉锑矿为原料,也可采用下法制备三氧化二锑,反应式如下:
将含锑大于60%的辉锑矿用三氯化铁和盐酸溶液浸取,三氯化锑过量10%~30%,保持浸出液一定酸性,以防止三氯化锑水解。过滤后的浸出液用锑粉在常温和搅拌情况下还原,除去Fe3+、Sb5+的干扰,再过滤后的滤液加水进行水解,在常温下水解完成后过滤,滤饼用氨水进行中和,控制pH=7~8,当pH值稳定在8时,完成中和反应,经过滤、滤饼干燥得产品。
氨解法 以粗三氧化二锑或锑为原料制备三氧化二锑,反应式如下:
将粗三氧化二锑加入反应器中,通入30%的盐酸,在搅拌下溶解成三氧化二锑,过滤。滤液在水解槽中通入水水解生成氧氯化锑,水解完成后用氨水进行中和,控制pH=8左右,中和完成后过滤、用水洗涤,滤饼经干燥制得产品。
低频等离子法 将等离子体发生器的电极油水分离,送料系统和主反应器内壁结构进行多处和改进创新,生产出0.07μm超细三氧化二锑产品白度高,活性好。
