三氧化钼制备

(1) 由辉钼矿煅烧后经精制而得成品。

(2) 由硫化钼焙烧后经精制而得成品。

(3) 由钼酸铵焙烧后经精制而得成品。

(4)钼酸铵热分解法将辉钼精矿粉碎至60~80目,放人焙烧炉中于500~550℃氧化焙烧,用氨水浸出,得钼酸铵溶液除去杂质后,加热至40~45℃,在搅拌下加入硝酸中和至Ph=1.5,生成八钼酸铵沉淀,经过滤,离心脱水后,溶于70~80℃的氨水中,再蒸发浓缩,得到仲钼酸铵,然后在550~600℃下进行热分解,得三氧化钼成品。其反应方程式如下:



(5)将试剂钼酸铵在110~120℃下脱水干燥,然后在450℃高温下灼烧2h,升温至700℃继续灼烧2h并定时搅动,即可得试剂三氧化钼:
