1. 一步法
将等摩尔的脂肪酸、山梨糖醇及适量的催化剂氢氧化钠加入反应釜,在氮气流的保护下,加热至190℃便开始脱水、酯化反应;继续加热至230~250℃时,一边酯化,一边分子内脱水成酐,反应时间约5~7h;反应结束后冷却至85~95℃,加适量的过氧化氢脱色30min即得产品。

2. 先成酐后酯化
将50%山梨糖醇320kg置于脱水锅,加入适量的磷酸,在100~150℃下减压(5332.9Pa)脱水生成山梨糖醇酐;另在酯化锅内投入290kg硬脂酸,加热熔化,搅拌,并加入山梨糖醇酐和适量的50%氢氧化钠溶液,在170~210℃反应约4h,反应液的酸值<5时,结束反应;冷却至110℃,加入30%的过氧化氢2kg脱色(Te可用活性炭脱色),最后趁热放料于冷却盘中结片,粉碎得粉状产品约395kg。

3. 先酯化后成酐
在200~260℃时等摩尔的硬脂酸、山梨糖醇及适量的碱性催化剂氢氧化钠进行酯化反应,当酸值小于10时,加入酸性催化剂磷酸,再在180~240℃脱水成酐即为产品。

4.由硬脂酸和山梨醇经过二步法新工艺制取化妆品级斯盘60,即先将山梨醇缩水成环反应,然后再将缩水物与硬脂酸反应而制得。此法与现有工业生产方法不同。
