【用途四】
用于水稻、小麦、烟草、甜菜、葡萄等多种作物病虫害防治,可用于拌种、土壤处理
【用途五】
属广谱的保护性杀菌剂,残效期达7d左右。主要用于处理种子和土壤,防治禾谷类作物白粉病、黑穗病、稻秧苗立枯病,也可用于一些果树、蔬菜病害。如用50%可湿性粉剂500g拌种,可防治稻瘟病,稻胡麻叶斑病,大麦、小麦黑穗病。
【用途六】
该品作为农药通常称为福美双,主要用于处理种子和土壤,防治禾谷类白粉病、黑穗病及蔬菜病害。该品作为天然胶、合成胶及胶乳的超促进剂,通常称促进剂TMTD,是秋兰姆硫化促进剂的代表,占同类产品总量的85%。作为天然胶、二烯类合成胶、Ⅱ、R、EPDM的超级促进剂,是利用率最高的一种。硫化促进力非常强,但无氧化锌存在时,则完全不硫化。

二硫化四甲基秋兰姆上下游产品

二硫化四甲基秋兰姆制备

1、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠的制备在15%的氢氧化钠溶液中,加入二硫化碳和二甲胺,搅拌下控制反应温度在40~45℃,缩合反应1h以上,当pH值为9~10时反应已完全,生成二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠。


2、促进剂TMTD的制备在缩合产物中加入10%的亚硝酸钠水溶液,搅拌溶解后,经过滤,加入到氧化反应器中,缓缓滴入硫酸,通入空气,控制温度在8℃左右,进行氧化反应,生成促进剂TMTD。促进剂TMTD在反应体系中,以固体析出。经吸滤、水洗、脱水、干燥、筛分,即得成品。

3.在反应釜中加入二甲胺和事先溶解在溶剂中的催化剂,在此溶剂中加入二硫化碳,加热至适宜温度,搅拌下通入氧气反应。一定时间反应完全后,经过滤、洗涤、干燥即得成品。

4.在三颈瓶中加入9g(0.2mol)二甲胺和0.23g催化剂,20℃以下搅拌,滴加18.04g(0.24mol)二硫化碳,继续搅拌后,滴加30%氢氧化钠26.8g(0.2mol),此时溶液呈淡黄绿色,除去多余二硫化碳,25~40℃滴加次氯酸钠氧化,抽样检验终点,抽滤,水洗至中性,烘干,即得成品。
