[ 靶点 ]

Ki: 6.05 µM (PKA I) and 9.75 µM (PKA II)[1]

[体外研究]

一种膜透性竞争性cAMP拮抗剂(Rp-cAMPS)通过结合调节亚单位而不分离激酶全酶来阻断PKA的激活,也抑制突触可塑性,但对正常突触传递没有影响[2]。

[体内研究]

Rp-cAMPS(10μM,15min)可降低关节炎大鼠脑片PB-CeLC和BLA-CeLC突触诱发的单突触EPSCs,而正常动物对照神经元则无此作用。与药物前(ACSF)控制值相比,Rp-cAMPS对同一神经元的抑制作用显著[2]。
