[体外研究]

Rp-8-CPT-cAMPS(100μM；15min)阻断6-Bnz-cAMP对VASP的磷酸化作用,并在很大程度上降低了forskolin和fenoterol对VASP的磷酸化作用[2]。Rp-8-CPT-cAMPS(100μM；30分钟)通过8-pCPT-2'-O-Me-cAMP和6-Bnz-cAMP减少了Rap1的GTP负载[2]。Rp-8-CPT-cAMP(100μM；30min)在很大程度上减少了PKA激活剂6-Bnz-cAMP和Epac激活剂8-pCPT-2'-O-Me-cAMP对缓激肽诱导的IL-8释放的增强作用[2]。Rp-8-CPT-cAMPS(10μM)抑制毒素诱导的大鼠肠系膜动脉环内皮依赖性和非依赖性舒张[3]。
