[体外研究]

2-氨基芴(0-100μM,1-5天)对绵羊红细胞(SRBC)、DNP-Ficoll和LPS的抗体反应产生剂量相关的抑制[2]。2-氨基芴(0-100μM,3天,脾细胞)对LPS和Con A的淋巴细胞增殖反应产生抑制[2]。

[体内研究]

在快速乙酰化小鼠(C57BL/6J)中,2-氨基芴(60 mg/kg,i.p.)累积的2-氨基芴-DNA加合物是慢乙酰化剂(A/J)的两倍[3]。2-氨基芴(60 mg/kg,i.p.)在肿瘤靶器官中形成的DNA加合物水平明显高于乙酰化同族仓鼠的非靶器官[4]。
