[体外研究]

2-苯乙胺(PEA)可溶于水、乙醇和乙醚。苯乙胺是一种皮肤刺激剂和可能的敏化剂。2-苯乙胺被认为是神经调节剂或神经递质(微量胺)。它也在许多食物如巧克力中发现,特别是在微生物发酵后。2-苯乙胺是神经递质苯乙醇胺的前体。精神分裂症患者的尿液中发现高水平的2-苯乙胺,但在精神分裂症患者的血清或脑脊液中没有显着升高[1][2]。注意缺陷多动障碍儿童尿中2-苯基乙胺水平显著降低。2-苯乙胺可用于吓灭啮齿动物害虫[3]。
