(溴甲基)环丁烷制备

1.用1,3-溴氯丙烷与丙二酸二乙酯在乙醇钠作用下生成环丁基-1,1-二羧酸二乙酯，然后水解，脱羧得环丁基羧酸，将后者氢化得环丁基甲醇，进而溴化制得该品。

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、通气导管、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入DMF70mL，通入氮气。加入三苯基膦28.8g(0.11mol),搅拌溶解，冷至10℃以下，滴加溴素17.6g(0.11mol)。加完后于室温滴加环丁基甲醇(2)8.6g（0.1mol）。加完后慢慢升温至50～55℃，搅拌反应30min。减压蒸馏，收集78～92℃/2.1kPa的馏分，倒入500g水中，分出油层，水洗，无水硫酸钠干燥，得溴甲基环丁烷(1)13.3g,收率89.3%.nD²⁵1.4695。
