[体外研究]

L-棕榈酰肉碱(1µM) 通过与Kir6.2相互作用抑制KATP通道活性,而不影响单通道电导。L-棕榈酰肉碱同时增强了通道的ATP敏感性(IC50从62降至30)µM) [1]。L-棕榈酰肉碱对膜脂环境的调节主要通过与内源性PI级联,特别是PIP2的相互作用来改变KATP通道功能[1]。
