[体外研究]

N-乙酰-DL-苯丙氨酸β-萘酯在中性pH下通过酯酶(呼吸暂停)催化作用在体内水解。呼吸暂停水平与许多肌肉消耗情况有关,表明其可能参与肌肉蛋白质的周转和病理分解[1]。N-乙酰基-DL-苯丙氨酸β-萘酯(0.75mM,DMF；3分钟)作为底物,邻二苯胺四唑化(oD)作为染料,可以直接从酵母巴斯德酵母表达培养基中评估蛋白酶抑制活性[2]。N-乙酰基-DL-苯丙氨酸β-萘基酯(0.75mM,DMF；3分钟)(2.4g/L)通过N-乙酰-DL-苯丙氨酸β-萘基酯的酶水解产生的β-萘酚的重氮偶联,通过染色琼脂凝胶提供了可视化结果。含有抑制剂-蛋白酶复合物的圆形区域保持无色,而仅含有蛋白酶的区域显示明亮的粉红紫色[3]。N-乙酰-DL-苯丙氨酸β-萘酯(5mg/
