六乙基亚磷酸胺制备

1.将234g（3.2mol）二乙胺溶于500ml乙醚，在5℃搅拌下，于2h内慢慢加入55g（0.4mol）三氯化磷与150ml乙醚的溶液，将混合物搅拌加热回流4h。冷至室温，滤除二乙胺盐酸盐，滤液减压蒸馏。收集120-122℃（1.33kPa）馏分，得成品，收率68%。
