PEG-bis-amine (MW 1000) 可合成叶酸缀合聚合物胶束,用于封装抗癌剂 9-硝基喜树碱 (HY-16560)。叶酸缀合聚合物胶束是难溶性抗癌药物有效载体,能够避开巨噬细胞,并通过叶酸受体(FR)介导靶向肿瘤细胞的内吞作用发挥作用。
