[体外研究]

芦丁(芦丁苷)三水合物(0.5-160μM/ml；PC12细胞)显著降低丙烯酰胺(ACR)诱导的(5.46 mM)细胞毒性。ACR(5.46 mM)降低PC12细胞的细胞活力,芦丁(0.5,1,1.5,2.5,5,10,20和40μM/ml)预处理可提高细胞活力[2]。由于芦丁和/或其代谢物能够穿过血脑屏障,它还可以改变神经退行性疾病的认知和各种行为症状[3]。

[体内研究]

芦丁(100和200 mg/kg/天；i.p.)预处理对老年WAG雄性大鼠长期引起的行为和神经化学变化的影响[2]。
