Brilliant black BN (E151) 是一种偶氮染料 dye 和一种食品着色剂。Brilliant black BN (E151) 是一种很有前途的抗病毒试剂 (antiviral agent ),通过抑制 EV71 与其细胞脱衣因子亲环素a的相互作用来对抗 EV71 感染。Brilliant black BN (E151) 有潜力用于传染性疾病的相关研究。

[体外研究]

亮黑色BN(E151)抑制EV71与其细胞非涂层因子亲环素A的相互作用[1]。明亮的黑色BN(E151)在浓度为300μM时抑制了感染EV71-GFP,这从减少的GFP信号可以证明。亮黑BN(E151)对感染的RD细胞呈剂量依赖性抑制EV71-GFP,IC50值为10.1μM[1]。亮黑BN(E151)对28株EV71、CVA16和CVA6菌株均有抑制作用。在横纹肌肉瘤细胞中,E151染料对各种EV71菌株的50%抑制浓度为2.39μM至28.12μM,而其50%细胞毒性浓度为1870μM[1]。

[体内研究]

亮黑色BN(E151)(腹腔注射;200 mg/kg;14天)表现为轻度疾病,临床评分小于3分,随后与PBS比较恢复-组。全部E151270小鼠在整个实验过程中受到完全保护[1]。动物模型:14日龄AG129小鼠,给予EV71[1]剂量:200mg/kg,腹腔注射。结果:用染料E151对EV71攻击的AG129小鼠有保护作用。
