[体外研究]

喹诺酮类药物导致U-937细胞分化为巨噬细胞样细胞[1]。喹诺酮类药物抑制HepG2细胞NF-κB活性,IC50为1.7μM[2]。喹诺酮类药物(1-4μM;30m in)通过抑制IκB-α磷酸化和p65易位抑制HepG2细胞内源性NF-κB活性[2]。喹诺酮类药物抑制肺癌和乳腺癌细胞株NF-κB活性[2]。喹诺酮类药物影响细胞周期或凋亡相关基因的表达水平[2]。喹诺拉明下调参与II期药物代谢的UDP葡萄糖醛酸转移酶基因的表达[2]。细胞活力测定[2]细胞系:HepG2细胞浓度:1μM、2μM、4μM、8μM、16μM、32μM、64μM培养时间:24小时结果:抑制HepG2细胞NF-κB活性。Western Blot分析[2]细胞株:HepG2细胞浓度:0μM,1μM,2μM,4μM孵育时间:30m in结果:抑制了HepG2细胞I-κB-α磷酸化和p65易位。
