2-硝基-5-硫氰酸苯甲酸(NTCB是一种高反应性试剂,可将其氰基快速转移至亲核硫代酯。当提供给蛋白质时,它将迅速使蛋白质半胱氨酸氰基化,形成S-氰基半胱氨酸,与半胱氨酸N-酰胺进行可逆的分子内加成,生成1-酰基-2-亚氨基噻唑烷,这是一种可进行亲核酰基取代的中间体[1]。
