BLT-1用途

BLT-1 是一种硫半碳杂铜螯合剂,选择性清道夫受体 B1 型 (SR-BI) 抑制剂。BLT-1 抑制 SR-BI 介导的脂质在高密度脂蛋白 (HDL) 和细胞之间的转移。BLT-1 通过中性粒细胞募集而具有促炎功能。

[体外研究]

BLT-1对ldlA[mSR-BI]细胞的细胞DiI-HDL和[3H]CE-HDL摄取具有60和110nm的IC50s。BLT-1(50μM；3h)在HeLa,BSC-1细胞中不诱导氯氰菊酯依赖性和非依赖性细胞膜运输的一般缺陷[1]。BLT-1能抑制M SR-BI-t1脂质体在细胞(IC50=0.057μM)和脂质体(IC50=0.098μM)中对[3H]CE-HDL的SR-BI依赖性选择性摄取[3H]CE。
