硫氰酸钾制备

1.可由氰化钾与硫作用或由二硫化碳与氨水进行加压合成反应,生成硫氰酸铵,再与碳酸钾反应制得。 硫氰酸铵转化法将二硫化碳与氨水进行加压合成反应,生成硫氰酸铵及副产硫氢化铵,再经脱硫蒸发使硫氢化铵分解成硫化氢除去,在液温105℃时开始缓慢加入碳酸钾溶液,即生成硫氰酸钾。反应过程中会产生大量二氧化碳及氨气。氨可回收使用,反应溶液经过滤,除去不溶物后进行减压蒸发,再经冷却、结晶、离心分离,制得工业硫氰酸钾。其反应式如下:
2.用钾盐和硫氰酸铵的复分解反应制得粗品,精制方法是在沸腾的乙醇中多次重结晶,然后在100℃减压干燥,储存于装有浓硫酸的干燥器中。 3. 采用硫氰酸铵转化法。将二氧化硫与氨水进行加压合成,生成硫氰酸铵及副产物硫氰化铵,再经脱硫蒸发使硫氰化铵分解成硫化氢除去,在液温105℃时缓慢加入碳酸钾溶液,即生成硫氰酸钾。
