异丙隆制备

1、 由对异丙基苯异氰酸酯与二甲胺反应而得。将33%的二甲胺水溶液加入反应瓶，加水，冷却至0-5℃时，加速搅拌，滴加对异丙基苯异氰酸酯。在0-5℃下搅拌反应2h，抽滤，将滤饼在丙酮中重结晶即得成品。原料消耗定额：对异丙基苯胺（95%）980kg/t、二甲胺（40%）950kg/t、光气（80%）840kg/t、氯气570kg/t。

2、 异氰酸酯法
异氰酸异丙苯酯的制备 以甲苯为溶剂，4-异丙基苯胺与光气作用生成异氰酸异丙苯酯。
异丙隆的合成 异氰酸异丙苯酯与二甲胺加及生成异丙隆。投料经为异氰酸酯：二甲胺=1：1 （mol比）；滴加温度15℃，时间20min；反应温度20～30℃，时间2h。以水为溶剂，收率95%。
氨基甲酰氯法
先制备N,N-二甲基氨基甲酰氯的制备； 再与4-异丙基苯胺作用合成异丙隆。
非光气法
对异遭受基三氯乙酰苯胺的制备 将13.5g (0.1mol)对异丙基苯胺和16.5g (0.1mol)三氯乙酸混合后，搅拌下滴加14.0g (0.1mol)三氯化磷，温度控制在100～110℃，滴毕恒温反应30min，然后加入100mL冰水，抽滤收集固体并用水洗至中性，用乙醇/水重结晶，得白色结晶，收率91%， m.p.123～125℃。
异丙隆的合成 将14.0g (0.05mol)对异丙基三氯乙酰苯胺、5.0g（0.125mol)氢氧化钠、4.5g (0.10mol)二甲胺和80mL二甲苯亚砜加入反应器中，于60～80℃反应30min，反应毕倾入水中，抽滤收集固体，用乙醇/水重结晶，得白色固体，收率95%，m.p.152～154℃。
据Atanassova， I.A.报道，此反应过程可能是对异丙基三氯乙酰苯胺在碱的作用下，首先生成中间体对异丙基异氰酸苯酯，然后立即与二甲胺作用生成异丙醇。
采用非光气法合成异丙隆，还可用尿素代替光气，在水溶液中与对异丙基苯胺反应，生成中间体对异丙基苯脲，然后再与二甲胺水溶液反应，合成异丙隆，总收率达76%。
