二甲氨基甲酰氯制备
由二甲胺与光气反应制得,反应式如下:
将甲苯加入反应锅内,在冷却的条件下通入光气吸收至计算量。在另一锅中由二甲胺水溶液发生气体二甲胺,经干燥后通入光气甲苯溶液中反应。反应结束后过滤除去盐酸盐,减压蒸馏,收集75(3.33kPa)馏分即为二甲氨基甲酰氯,收率55%。
另外,二甲氨基甲酰氯还可以由N,N-二甲基甲酰胺与三氯化磷反应后再与氯化亚砜制得。或者以Pd,PdCl2或RhCl3为催化剂,由二甲基氯化铵与一氧化碳直接反应得到。
