去铁铁色素用途

铁铬是一种由各种真菌产生的含氢铁载体,包括球孢菌,有助于这些生物对铁的螯合和吸收。它可以被包括铜绿假单胞菌和副溶血性弧菌在内的细菌用作异铁载体。铁铬(0.8μM)抑制刀豆蛋白A诱导的小鼠脾脏单核细胞增殖,并减少刀豆蛋白A-刺激的表达IL-2受体的CD4+T细胞的数量。它还以浓度依赖的方式抑制血红素催化的过氧化氢氧化低密度脂蛋白。
