Fmoc-L-亮氨酸用途

Fmoc亮氨酸是一种选择性PPARγ调节剂。Fmoc亮氨酸激活PPARγ的效力较低,但与罗格列酮相似。Fmoc亮氨酸改善正常、饮食诱导的葡萄糖不耐受和糖尿病db/db小鼠的胰岛素敏感性。Fmoc亮氨酸具有较低的脂肪生成活性[1]。
