[体外研究]

在6x10-8M处,美坦辛不可逆地抑制海胆和蛤蜊卵中的细胞分裂。如果在早期添加,美坦辛会导致有丝分裂器的消失或阻止有丝分裂器的形成。梅坦辛确实抑制微管蛋白的体外聚合。Maytansine抑制微管蛋白的体外聚合[2]。
