嗜热菌杀酵母素用途

Myriocin 是一种从 Myriococcum albomyces, Isaria sinclairi 和 Mycelia sterilia 中分离的真菌代谢产物,是一种有效的丝氨酸-棕榈酰转移酶 (serine-palmitoyl-transferase) 抑制剂,是鞘脂从头合成的关键。Myriocin 强烈抑制亚基因组 HCV-1b 复制子和基因型 2a 感染性 HCV 的 JFH-1 株的复制,抑制 HCV 感染的 IC50 为 3.5 μg/mL。
