透明质酸酶

透明质酸酶用途

透明质酸裂解酶可以通过β-消除反应切割透明质酸(HA)并产生不饱和二糖。由此产生的二糖进一步触发下游途径并催化下一个反应。透明质酸裂解酶有助于半乳糖链球菌基西米亚种(SDSE)从宿主获得营养,引起细菌致病性[1]。
