二氢细胞松弛素B用途

Dihydrocytochalasin B 是一种细胞分裂抑制剂 (Cytokinesis),可改变细胞的形态,与细胞松弛素 B 相似; 它不抑制葡萄糖转运。Dihydrocytochalasin B (H2CB) 破坏肌动蛋白结构并抑制生长因子刺激 DNA 合成的能力,可逆地阻断 DNA 合成的起始,导致细胞变圆和肌动蛋白微丝束的丧失。Dihydrocytochalasin B 通过抑制活性钙转运与钙的跨细胞质运动相关并导致粘膜刮屑中的 Ca+ 增加。
