[体外研究]

1-单辛酸甘油酯(0-32.5 mg/L；30 d)对腐生真菌具有抗真菌活性。1-单辛酸甘油酯抑制黑曲霉、罗克福青霉、詹森青霉、Alternaria sp.和Phoma sp[1]的生长。1-单辛酸甘油酯(0-32.5 mg/L；30 d)对病原真菌具有抗真菌活性。1-单辛酸甘油酯抑制毛癣菌和红色毛癣病菌的生长[1]。1-单辛酸甘油酯(30 d)对致病性酵母具有抗真菌活性,对白色念珠菌的最小抑制浓度(MIC)为200 mg/L[1]。1-单辛酸甘油酯(30 d)对革兰氏阳性(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性(大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌)细菌具有抗真菌活性[1]。
