[体外研究]

石岛霉素A(化合物1)(0.47-2.0 pg/mL)对3Y1、Hela和P388细胞具有高度的细胞毒性[1]。Shishijimicin A(0.13-1000 nM)对MES SA、MES SA DX和HEK 293T细胞具有较高的细胞毒性[2]。细胞毒性试验[1]细胞株：3Y1、Hela和P388细胞浓度：0.47-2.0 pg/mL培养时间：结果：3Y1、Hela、P388细胞的IC50值分别为2.0、1.8和0.47 pg/mL。细胞毒性试验[2]细胞株：MES SA、MES SA DX和HEK 293T细胞浓度：0.13-1000 nM培养时间：结果：MES SA、MES SADX和HEK 293T细胞的IC50值分别为0.13、>1000和0.016 nM。
