2-甲基呋喃制备

1.由糠醛（或糠醇）催化加氢制。加氢催化剂采用铜-铝合金，用碱作助催化剂，反应压力为0.3-0.5MPa，在200℃左右进行气相加氢，氢与糠醛摩尔比为10：1。反应产物经冷凝，蒸去水分，精馏而得成品。原料消耗定额：糠醛（96%）1400kg/t、氢气630m3kg/t、铜-铝催化剂114kg/t。

其制备方法是由糠醛用铜铝或铜为催化剂加氢制得。
加氢的最佳条件是压力300～500kPa，温度200～210℃，氢与糠醛的摩尔比为10∶1，糠醛加料速度为0.3 kg/(L·h)。
