右旋烯炔菊酯制备

(1).2-甲基-戊烯-2-醛的制备 在搅拌下,将75.5g丙醛滴加到100mL2%氢氧化钠溶液中,滴毕于85~90℃反应片刻,冷却后分取上层液,蒸馏收集137~140℃馏分,产品重49g,纯度99%,收率77%。

(2).1-乙炔基-2-甲基-戊烯-2-醇的制备 在反应瓶中加入适量液氨,在搅拌下通入乙炔气至饱和。然后将1.73g金属锂分批加入,反应1h。再滴加2-甲基、戊烯-2-醛29.4g,继续反应4h。加氯化铵处理后,水洗至中性。有机层用硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏,收集112~115℃/9.997×103Pa馏分,得产品32.2g,产率86%。

(3)顺、反菊酰氯的制备 于18~20℃将严硫酰5.5mL滴加到含有30mL甲苯,8.42g顺、反菊酸混合液中,滴毕,在38~40℃继续反应1h,减压蒸馏收集100~102℃/2.399×103Pa馏分,得产品9g,产率96%。

(4)烯炔菊酯的合成 在甲苯和吡啶存在下,将5.6g顺反菊酰氯的甲苯溶液滴加到1-乙炔基-2-甲基-戊烯-2-醇(3.72g,0.03mol)中,于40~50℃反应6h。然后加水处理,洗至中性,干燥。减压蒸馏收集120~126℃馏分/4Pa,得产品5.7g,产率69%,折射率n15D1.4890。
