喹碘方合成路线

喹碘方制备

1.由8-羟基喹啉经发烟硫酸磺化、碘片及次氯酸钠碘化而得。

2.在搅拌下，将8-羟基喹啉慢慢加到发烟硫酸中，温度控制在15℃以下，加完后使温度保持在30℃以下5h，然后放置过夜：

之后，将水加到反应液中，使温度维持在60℃，当有结晶析出时，静置冷却，结晶完全后，过滤，结晶用水洗至无SO₄^2- 离子，甩干，再用乙醇洗涤后，于100℃下干燥。
将制得的8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸加到20%的氢氧化钠溶液中，充分搅拌，冷却至20℃以下，再加入已溶于氢氧化钠稀溶液的碘片及次氯酸钠，进行反应：

搅拌0.5h后，慢慢加入盐酸至狆犎值为1～2，继续搅拌1h，静置、过滤。结晶先用水洗涤，甩干，再用乙醇洗涤，得产品高铁试剂。
