1.将苯胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷、盐酸苯胺、硝基苯和粉末状三氯化铁以一定比例依次加入反应器，边搅拌边加热至100℃，使其混合成为均匀油状物，继续加热至150℃，保持回流，此时有水蒸出，当水不再蒸出时，停止加热并加入热水，然后趁热缓慢加入氢氧化钠溶液至水层红色消失，水蒸气蒸馏蒸出苯胺，向对酚酞呈碱性的馏余液中加入30%的盐酸至呈微酸性，加热到沸。停止加热，过滤后的滤液中加入碳酸钠溶
液至滤液红色消失，并使副品红析出，滤出副品红，用水洗涤，压干后用乙醇溶解，并加入浓硫酸至红色强度不再增加，然后加热至沸，趁热过滤，滤液冷却析出的产品即为纯品副品红。
