二氧化硅用途
1.在晶体管和集成电路中作杂质扩散的掩蔽膜和保护层。 作为填料用于环氧铸塑、光导纤维、涂料等领域。还可用于制造玻璃、发射光谱分析试剂、固体电路生产中扩锑时控制锑浓度等方面。
2.在饲料添加剂中主要作为抗结剂使用,以防止饲料结块而影响吸收。二氧化硅具有很好的分散性,有较大的比表面积和超强的吸附性能,可作为各种饲料添加剂的载体和分散剂,是各种水、油性物质变成固态物质的良好载体。广泛用作涂料工业的增稠剂、消光剂、塑料薄膜的开口剂,也是晒图纸预涂液的主要成分。
活性白炭黑:
本品外观呈球形颗粒,易混炼不飞扬,用作橡胶的补强剂。其硫化胶制品的抗张强度、硬度、曲挠、撕裂、磨耗、热老化等方面表现出优良的特性,远超过普通沉淀白炭黑。在透明和彩色胶制品中是不可缺少的材料。主要用于彩电电缆、电线套管、跑道胶、橡胶水管、橡胶透明鞋底、彩色鞋底、微孔鞋底及其他橡胶制品。还用于乳胶、塑料薄膜、皮革、涂料、黏合剂、造纸、农药、化妆品、消光剂、增稠剂、触变剂等。

二氧化硅制备
1、沉淀法又称液相法或凝胶法
(1)原料配置将模数为3.1~3.4的工业级水玻璃用泵送至陶瓷缸或陶瓷容器中,在搅拌下加入自来水,稀释至二氧化硅含量在15%左右,停止搅拌,自然沉降48h后即可进行后续工艺处理。
(2)中和成胶在搪瓷成胶釜中加入自来水52.16份,再将上述配置的水玻璃57.94份加入釜中,搅拌均匀,配成二氧化硅含量为9%的水玻璃溶液,釜内温度升至30℃。一边搅拌,一边滴加硫酸(40%浓度),滴加速度为0.21~0.23份/min。共加酸5.58份,加酸时间约25min,此时釜内出现白色凝胶,停止加酸,继续搅拌5min,测定pH值,如pH值达10.5,准备酸化。
(3)酸化和老化加热升温使釜内温度达80℃时,在搅拌下滴加硫酸,加酸速度0.172~0.173份/min,硫酸浓度为40%。酸化终点为pH值等于3。然后继续搅拌,并将釜温升至100℃,保持1h进行老化。
(4)洗涤过滤将上述制备的水凝胶用泵送到板框压滤机,泵出口压力不超过0.3MPa,一般为0.22MPa,压滤至无滤液流出。然后将清水从洗涤口以0.3MPa的压力压入,进行洗涤。再用0.2MPa左右压力的压缩空气正吹15min,使滤饼易于卸下。滤饼卸出后放入打浆罐,加水并开启搅拌,将滤饼搅拌成均匀的水凝胶悬浮液,然后用泵送到压滤机再次过滤。将上述操作重复两次,再用去离子水洗两次,分析滤饼的钠离子含量是否小于0.2%。若未小于0.2%,需再用去离子水洗涤、压滤。达到要求后,将滤饼卸下,其固含量约为18%~20%。
(5)喷雾干燥将滤饼配成均匀的悬浮液,由加料泵送到离心雾化干燥器的进口,调节热空气进口温度为300℃,出口温度为130℃,风量100kg/h,可得球形较好的细粒度二氧化硅。粒径分布为10~20μm的粒子占12.6%,粒径0~10μm的占70%,小于2μm的粒子占17.4%。
2、气化法又称燃烧法将四氯化硅在高温下气化,四氯化硅气体在氢气和空气的均匀混合物中于1000~1200℃下,进行气相水解反应,生成极微细的白炭黑。然后通过旋风分离器,将白炭黑与气体分离,再在白炭黑中吹入氨或干空气进行脱酸。即可包装。
活性白炭黑:
(1)溶胶的制备将工业盐酸配制成10~12°Bé的盐酸溶液;将工业硅酸钠沉淀去渣后,配制成20°Bé的溶液。在溶胶配制槽中先加入上述配制的10~12°Bé盐酸为底液。在搅拌下加入上述配好的20°Bé的硅酸钠溶液,控制好投料速度,待溶液中二氧化硅含量达到6.5%~8.5%时。便得溶胶。
(2)中和反应反应器可采用搪瓷搅拌或不锈钢搅拌釜。将工业硅酸钠配制成10°Bé的水溶液投入反应釜,搅拌下微微加热并缓缓加入上述配制的胶液,同时加入12°Bé氯化钠溶液。在加胶的过程中,控制反应温度70℃左右。当反应过程中析出沉淀和pH值7.8~8.2时,要注意随时用碱性调节液调节反应物料的pH值,保持pH值为7.8~8.2,直到反应结束。然后加入浓盐酸,使反应系统微酸性,保温下陈化半小时,放料。
(3)漂洗和干燥将反应产物中沉淀物与溶液分离,沉淀物用自来水漂洗、过滤,直到氯化钠含量小于1.5%为止,然后用去离子水再洗涤、过滤1~2次。漂洗好的沉淀物在150℃下静态干燥6h,即可除去大部分水,最后控制其含水量小于6%。若产品量较大,需采用其他干燥方式,如喷雾干燥、沸腾干燥等。
