醋酸铅用途
该品可制取各种铅盐、抗污涂料、水质防护剂、颜料填充剂、涂料干燥剂、纤维染色剂、重金属氰化过程的溶剂。在医药、农药、染料、涂料等工业生产中有广泛应用。也是化学分析中测定三氧化铬、三氧化钼的试剂。
用作分析试剂,也用于生物染色、有机合成及制药工业

1.氧化铅与醋酸反应而得。将氧化铅溶于80%的热乙酸中直至泡和,过滤,向滤液中加少量乙酸后,蒸发至相对密度为1.40。冷却,甩滤,干燥,即得乙酸铅。工业品乙酸铅一般纯度可达98%以上。提纯后可用1%的乙酸溶液重结晶,或将三水合乙酸铅溶于水中通入硫化氢,使硫化铅和其他杂质一起沉淀,过滤后在滤液中加入荧光镓试剂(Co,Al,Cu等的络合剂),加少量活性炭,再加EDTA钠盐处理,可得极纯的试剂级产品。
2.将氧化铅(II)溶于50%热醋酸中直至饱和。过滤,滤液中加入少许醋酸,在水浴上蒸发至相对密度为1.40,静置,晶体析出。抽滤,置于滤纸层间干燥,得纯品。
本品在空气中放置。会吸收空气中的二氧化碳、氨等气体,生成碳酸盐或碱式盐,可用2%~3%醋酸水溶液重结晶来提纯。100g醋酸铅需用100mL 2%~3%醋酸水溶液,加热溶解后趁热滤去不溶物,滤液冷却后,静置至晶体析出,滤集晶体,在室温下干燥。将母液浓缩至原体积的一半,补加少量醋酸后冷却,还能再得到部分产品。
3.将氧化铅溶于热乙酸中,过滤后,向滤液中加入乙酸反应,蒸发至相对密度为1.40。冷却,分离出结晶,干燥,得纯品乙酸铅。
4.通蒸汽将100kg蒸馏水煮沸15min,以除去二氧化碳,再加入0.5kg工业乙酸和100kg工业乙酸铅,连续通蒸汽先使乙酸铅完全溶解,然后加入少量工业品活性炭,搅拌均匀后,趁热过滤 ( 三层滤纸) ,所得清滤液经冷却后结晶,离心甩干,于30~40℃烘箱内平铺烘干,不时翻动并粉碎。
母液可回收利用。
