Tenuazonic acid 属于最大的天然产物家族 tetramic acid,是一种从 Alternaria alternate 中分离出假定的非宿主选择性霉菌毒素。Tenuazonic acid 通过与 D1 蛋白相互作用阻断初级醌受体 (QA) 以外的电子传递,是一种广谱有效的光系统 II (PSII) 抑制剂。
