碘环己烷制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器、温度计的反应瓶中，加入95%的磷酸221g(2.14mol),碘化钾250g(1.5mol),再加入环己烯(2)41g(0.5mol)。搅拌下于80℃反应3h。冷却，加入100mL水和250mL乙醚，继续搅拌。分出乙醚层，用10%的硫代硫酸钠溶液50mL脱色，饱和食盐水洗涤，无水硫酸钠干燥。蒸出乙醚后减压蒸馏，收集48～49.5℃/0.532kPa的馏分，得化合物(1)93～95g,收率88%～90%。
