环己烯制备

1.由环己醇在催化剂硫酸存在下,加热生成环己烯,蒸馏得粗制品。再用精盐饱和液洗涤,然后用硫酸钠溶液中和微量的酸,经水洗、分层、干燥、过滤、精馏,收集82-85℃馏分得成品环己烯。

2.可通过硅胶或三氧化二铝蒸馏环己醇制备。

3.制法:

于圆底烧瓶中加入环己醇(2)60g(0.6mol),2mL浓硫酸和几粒沸石,充分摇动混合均匀。装上分馏装置,接受瓶用冰水冷却。用电热套慢慢加热,控制加热速度,慢慢蒸出生成的环己烯和水,注意分馏柱顶端的温度不要超过90℃。当烧瓶中只剩下少量的残渣并出现烟雾时,停止加热。将镏出液用氯化钠饱和,再加入15mL(10%)的碳酸钠喝微量的酸。用分液漏斗分出水层,有机层用无水氯化钙干燥后,常压蒸馏,收集80~85℃的馏分,得环己烯(1)约35g,收率71%。注:1、由于环己烯与水可形成共沸物(共沸点70.8℃,含水10%),环己醇与环己烯可形成共沸物(共沸点64.9℃,含环己醇30.5%),环己醇与水形成共沸物(共沸点97.8℃,含水80%),所以,加热时温度不易过高,蒸馏速度不易过快,以减少环己醇的损失。2、也可以用磷酸代替硫酸,于165~170℃滴加环己醇的方法来合成环己烯,收率79%~84%。

4.制法:

于装有搅拌器、滴液漏斗、分馏装置(接受瓶用冰盐浴冷却)的反应瓶中,加入邻苯二甲酸酐(3)148g(1.0mol),苯磺酸5g。滴液漏斗中加入环己醇(2)100mL(1.0mol),先加入约10mL环己醇,搅拌下油浴加热至微沸,而后慢慢滴加其余环己醇,约1h加完。加完后继续反应10~15min。将得到的镏出液分出来水分,无水硫酸钠干燥,分馏,收集82~84℃的馏分,得环己烯50~64g,收率61%~80%。

5.制法:

于装有搅拌器、蒸馏装置的反应瓶中,加入1-乙氧基环己烯(2)7.21g(0.0572mol),异辛烷30mL。加热至沸。于1.5h内分批加入二异丁基氢化铝16.5g(0.116mol),控制加入速度和加入仪器,使产物缓慢蒸出。加完后继续加热直至蒸出约31mL。重新分馏,收集如下各种馏分:A,88~94℃,1.08g,n25D 1.4158;B,94~99℃,2.96g,n25D 1.3985;C,99~99.5℃,2.20g,n25D 1.3901。经气相色谱和红外光谱证明,各馏分都是环己烯与异辛烷的混合物,环己烯的总量1.5g,收率32%。
