2-己醇制备

1.制法:

于装有搅拌器、滴液漏斗、温度计的反应瓶中,加入醋酸汞31.9g(0.1mol),水100mL,搅拌使醋酸汞溶解,加入100mL四氢呋喃,立即生成橙黄色。搅拌15min后,加入1-己烯(2)8.5g(0.1mol),室温搅拌反应1h,以使羟汞化完全。剧烈搅拌下加入3mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液100mL,滴加由硼氢化钠1.9g(0.05mol)溶于100mL3mol/L的氢氧化钠配成的溶液,滴加速度控制反应液温度25℃左右。必要时可用水浴冷却。反应中迅速生成元素汞。室温剧烈搅拌反应3h,于分液漏斗中放置过夜。分出汞(19.25g,96%)和水,保留有机层。水层用氯化钠饱和,乙醚提取(3mL×2),合并有机层,减压蒸出溶剂,当出现两相时停止蒸馏。加入50mL乙醚和20mL水。分出乙醚层,水洗四次,无水磷酸钙干燥。先蒸出乙醚,剩余物继续蒸馏,收集136~140℃的馏分,得2-己醇(1)6.9g,收率68%。
