苯丙炔酸制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入95%的乙醇1.2L，氢氧化钾252g(4.5mol),搅拌溶解。冷至40～50℃，加入α，β-二溴-β苯基丙酸乙酯(2)336g（1.0mol），反应平稳后，加热回流5h。冷却，滤出沉淀(保留)，滤液用浓盐酸调至中性，再滤出沉淀(保留)，常压蒸馏回收乙醇。将剩余物与上面滤出的沉淀(3)合并，溶于800mL水中，再加碎冰至约1.8L。冰水浴中用20%的硫酸调至强酸性^①，析出淡棕色固体，抽滤，用2%稀硫酸洗涤。将滤出的固体溶于1.5L(5%)的碳酸钠中，活性炭脱色，抽滤，冷后加碎冰200g。用20%的硫酸调至强酸性，析出固体，抽滤，依次用2%的硫酸、水洗涤，真空干燥器中干燥，得苯丙炔酸(1)115g,收率79%。用四氯化碳重结晶，得纯品70g，mp135～136℃。注：①加硫酸时，应尽量在低温下进行，以防脱羧反应。
